Common use of Seniority List Clause in Contracts

Seniority List. (a) The Employer will prepare once every six (6) months an up-to-date seniority list containing the following information pertaining to its regular employees: (1) employee's name; (2) employee's seniority; (3) employee's current classification. (b) The regular seniority list shall be posted by the Employer for thirty (30) days. Any objection to the accuracy of the information contained therein must be submitted in writing to the Employer during the said posting period. Thereafter, the posted list will be deemed to be valid and correct for all purposes. (c) The Employer will provide the Union and the Bargaining Unit Chairperson with a copy of the seniority list upon request.

(c) The Employer will provide the Union and the Bargaining Unit Chairperson with a copy of the seniority list upon request.

Seniority List. (a) The Employer will prepare once every six (6) months an up-to-date seniority list containing the following information pertaining to its regular employees: (1) employee's name;name;‌ (2) employee's seniority; (3) employee's current classification. (b) The regular seniority list shall be posted by the Employer for thirty (30) days. Any objection to the accuracy of the information contained therein must be submitted in writing to the Employer during the said posting period. Thereafter, the posted list will be deemed to be valid and correct for all purposes. (c) The Employer will provide the Union and the Bargaining Unit Chairperson with a copy of the seniority list upon request.
