Seniority Order. Employee seniority will be determined in the following order: First, Bargaining Unit seniority, if the same then; Company Service Date, if the same then; The last three (3) digits of the employee’s Social Insurance Number (the higher the number, the greater the service), if the same then; The next digit(s) of the employee’s Social Insurance Number to the left shall be used.
