Common use of Service Defined Clause in Contracts

Service Defined. ‌ For employees at January 15, 1987, for the purposes of this section "Service" means employment with the Caucus, BC Government and Ministerial service. For employees hired on or after January 16, 1987, "Service" means employment with the Caucus, B.C. NDP Government and B.C. NDP Ministerial Service.
