Service Duration. Shelter services provided under this Contract are not to exceed forty- five (45) days for each family or household member in a fiscal year unless otherwise approved in writing by County. a) Subrecipient must identify substance abuse problems among participants and make appropriate referrals. b) Subrecipient must pursue other funding support beyond the County Domestic Violence Fund.

Service Duration. Calibration durations varies according to the variation of equipment properties, the measurement method and the laboratory work load. The turn around time of the calibration shall be determined in the agreement between Calibration Laboratory and CUSTOMER.

Service Duration. The term of the service authorization shall begin at the planning phase and conclude with the hand-off phase. Service Duration. This agreement shall be valid and continued, unless terminated mutually or by one party by giving 90 days’ prior notice in writing to the other party.

Service Duration. 7.1 The Torbay Needle Exchange scheme is funded by recurrent monies and is restricted to a number of participating pharmacies which is jointly agreed by the PHRP. 7.2 The PHRP reserves the right to give a participating pharmacy 4 week’s month’s notice of the termination of their participation in the scheme if the needle exchange service is not used for a year. Rural issues will be taken into account in such instances. This Service Level Agreement may be terminated by either party giving a minimum of 4 week’s notice.

Service Duration. Pursuant to the TLP Cold and Heat Supply Agreement, the cold and heat supply services period shall be 1 June 2024 to 15 March 2025, 1 June 2025 to 15 March 2026 and 1 June 2026 to 15 March 2027 (“Cold and Heat Supply Period”). The period for the cold supply services shall be 1 June 2024 to 30 September 2024, 1 June 2025 to 30 September 2025 and 1 June 2026 to 30 September 2026 (“Cold Supply Period”). In case of exceptionally high temperature, Jiayuanxing shall, according to the decision of the municipal government, advance the first day and postpone the last day of the Cold Supply Period and, in such event, TLP does not need to pay additional fees. The period for the heat supply services shall be 15 November 2024 to 15 March 2025, 15 November 2025 to 15 March 2026 and 15 November 2026 to 15 March 2027 (“Heat Supply Period”). In case of exceptionally low temperature, Jiayuanxing shall, according to the decision of the municipal government, advance the first day and postpone the last day of the Heat Supply Period and, in such event, TLP does not need to pay additional fees. TLP may apply in writing to advance the first day or postpone the last day of the Heat Supply Period or Cold Supply Period.

Service Duration. 4.1. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in the Agreement, the Agreement is concluded for a period corresponding to a subscription model. The subscription can be paid monthly or annually in accordance with Article 5 of the GTC.

Service Duration. The maximum length of stay of a Service User with the Service Provider should be five working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances. The intention during the period of the Contract is to reduce the length of stay to 72 hours.

Service Duration. The duration of services will be specified in the Service Agreement and may vary based on the client's subscription term, with options for monthly, quarterly, or annual contracts.
