Common use of Service Methods Clause in Contracts

Service Methods. Contractor shall allow Agency Facilities to select a Collection 733 service method that best suits the needs of its Premises. Specifically, the 734 Contractor shall offer the following choices to Member Agency Facilities: 735 a. Cart service. Contractor shall allow Agency Facilities to use Carts for 736 Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection. Contractor shall provide each 737 Customer with a choice of one (1) or more Carts as specified in Attachment 738 D. 739 b. Bin service. Contractor shall allow Agency Facilities to use Bins for 740 Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection. Contractor shall provide each 741 Agency with a choice of one (1) or more Bins for each Agency Facility. 742 c. Centralized Cart or Bin service. Contractor shall allow Agency Facilities to 743 use Carts or Bins for Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection that are 744 shared by the Occupants of two (2) or more adjacent Agency Facilities. In 745 such case, Contractor shall provide one (1) or more Carts or Bins to such 746 Premises as requested by Agency. 747 d. Drop Boxes and Compactors. Contractor shall allow Agency Facilities to 748 use Drop Boxes or Compactors for the Collection of Targeted Recyclable 749 Materials. Contractor shall allow Agency to purchase or lease Compactors 750 through an outside vendor. Regular maintenance of Compactors shall be 751 required by Agency (or outside vendor) as frequently as needed to keep the 752 Compactors in good working order and functioning at high compaction 753 levels.
