It puts real-time, virtual care at the fingertips of EMS dispatch and response personnel to triage non-emergency callers to qualified healthcare professionals. AllyNet optimizes the overall triage experience for dispatchers, patients, and providers by: • Incorporating familiar, PSAP one-button transfer functionality for both dispatchers and providers to easily triage patients to providers and back to dispatchers if an emergency ever arises. • Enhancing traditional telemedicine with information already-captured in EMS systems to avoid repetition, decrease call handling times, and empower providers with better information to deliver better patient care. 2. AllySupport for EMS Triage (Provider Support) Dedicated, virtual medical triage support that is bolstered by AllyNet's unique functionality and answered on the first call to ensure the best patient experience and outcomes possible. Subscription Term (initial): One (1) year from Implementation Date. Renewal Subscription Term: Two (2) years from the end of the initial Subscription Term.
