Services to Client Clause Samples

Services to Client. The Consultant shall provide the following (“ Services”) to Client: Arrange meetings between (i) Client and Associated Wholesale Grocers (ii) Client and Kehe Food Distributors and (iii) Client and Mc Donald’s Restaurants to allow Client to discuss a possible agreement to sell Client’s products.

Services to Client. Nice Healthcare shall perform the services listed in Exhibit A. The services shall be performed within the time frames, set out in Exhibit A. Nice Healthcare shall perform the services called for by this Agreement in accordance with the highest standards of the industry and Client’s instructions.

Services to Client. The Contractor shall provide the following ("Services") to Client: Brand, logo and other design work for the Client's existing products as well as those in development. Collaboration on co-branding strategies with marketing and distribution partners and channels.

Services to Client. The Consultant shall provide the following services (“Services”) to Client: (a) arrange meetings between Client and designated retailers (“Retailers”) to allow Client to discuss a possible agreement to sell Client’s products; (b) assist Client with presentations to be made at any such meetings; and (c) assist Client with additional sales meetings, presentations, and correspondence with the Retailers as requested by Client.

Services to Client. The Consultant shall provide the following (“Services”) to Client: Arrange meetings between Client and Wal-Mart Inc. to allow Client to discuss an agreement to sell Client’s products.

Services to Client. The services provided by Questeq under this Agreement shall be supplied only to Client at the location(s) and user types provided in this Agreement or on the Exhibits attached hereto. This Agreement does not cover businesses, organizations or individuals that are co-located with Client but are not part of Client’s organization. Client shall not assign this Agreement and doing the same or any attempts to do the same shall result in a breach of this Agreement. Client is not permitted to resell or subcontract Questeq services or staff. Payment Terms are set forth on Exhibit B. Service Level Agreement Service Level Agreement details are set forth on Exhibit C.

Services to Client. The Company shall provide the services as consultant to Client during term of this Agreement (hereinafter "Services"), where such Services may encompass the following: (a) On-site Services—Company, within Services, may temporarily place an employee(s) and/or agent(s) with Client pursuant to this Agreement ("Consultants"), where such Consultants shall provide services to Client under Client's management and/or supervision in location controlled by Client. Names of Consultants, with standard and overtime billing rates for each Consultant, and with starting dates for each Consultant, shall be attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A. Should Client request additional services subsequent to the execution of this Agreement, and such services are not listed on Exhibit A attached hereto, or should either Client or Company request changes to billing rates and/or other terms for any Consultant working under the terms of this Agreement, any such additions or changes will be subject to prior written mutual agreement fully executed by the authorized representatives executing this Agreement. Such agreed-upon terms shall become a part of this Agreement as amendments; and/or (b) Off-site Services—Company, within Services, may perform projects of fixed duration ("Off-site Services"). For Off-site Services, Company shall develop a scope of work ("Proposal") for each project, where such Proposal(s) will contain timelines, list of deliverables, and payment schedules. Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, this Agreement shall apply to all Off-site Services provided by Company as requested by Client hereunder from time to time. Should Client request additional services subsequent to execution of this Agreement, or should either Client or Company request changes to billing rates and/or other terms for any Off-site Services under the terms of this Agreement, any such additions or changes will be subject to prior written mutual agreement fully executed by the authorized representatives executing this Agreement. Such agreed-upon terms shall become a part of this Agreement as amendments

Services to Client. BCC shall provide the services (“Services”) to the Customer described in the SOW. Services will be scheduled to begin at a mutually agreeable time. Commencement dates will be scheduled no sooner than five (5) business days after this Agreement is signed.

Services to Client. The Company shall provide the following ("Services") to Client: What is each side required to do? As A single situation contract. By What date? or else it must be renewed or extended. If something has to be delivered, whose obligation is it and at whose cost? PAYMENT AND INVOICING TERMS.
