Shift Differential Pay. 10.12.1 Employees who are assigned a regular work schedule that includes working between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. shall be paid, in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay, either $1.50 per hour or five percent (5%) of their regular hourly rate of pay, for each hour of work between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., whichever amount is higher. 10.12.2 For employees whose shift includes four (4) or more within the qualifying period as stated above, all hours of their shift shall be eligible for shift differential pay.

Shift Differential Pay. 10.12.1 Employees There shall be a two and one-half (2.5%) shift differential paid to all employees for hours worked outside of the traditional work hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, who are meet certain criteria. All employees who work a majority (51% or more) of their assigned a regular work schedule that includes working shift between the hours of 6:00 p.m. 5:00 PM and 7:00 a.m. AM shall receive the 2.5% shift differential for their entire work shift. This shift differential pay shall be paidprovided for any shift, in addition to their regardless of overtime, an otherwise worked shift, or the employee’s regular hourly rate of pay, either $1.50 per hour or five percent (5%) of their regular hourly rate of pay, for each hour of work between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., whichever amount is higherschedule.
10.12.2 For employees whose shift includes four (4) or more within the qualifying period as stated above, all hours of their shift shall be eligible for shift differential pay.

Shift Differential Pay. 10.12.1 Employees who are assigned working a regular work schedule that includes working between the shift in which six (6) hours of or more occur after 1600 (4:00 pm) and before 0600 (6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. am) shall be paid, receive as shift differential payment on all shift hours equal to three percent (3%) in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay, either $1.50 per hour or five percent (5%) of their regular hourly rate of pay, for each hour of work between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., whichever amount is higher.
10.12.2 For employees whose shift includes four (4) or more within the qualifying period as stated above, all hours of their shift shall be eligible for shift differential base pay.
