Shift Starting Times. The normal shift hours for those employees working an eight- (8) hour day shall be: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Employees will be allowed a period not exceeding twenty (20) minutes each day to eat their lunch.The lunch period shall be included as paid time and shall be scheduled as near as possible to the middle of the shift.
