Common use of Shift Trades Clause in Contracts

Shift Trades. Employees may arrange for another employee to work their shift subject to Management's approval, however, it is understood and agreed that there shall be no additional costs incurred by the Company as a result of the said shift trade. This does not include a difference in pay rates. 6.05.01 The employee covering the shift must be qualified to and capable of performing the work. 6.05.02 The shift must be within a finalized shift bid period. 6.05.03 Advice of the trade will be provided to Management in writing, at least twenty-four
