SLA Reporting. Definition Measurement Method Objective Rights and Remedies
SLA Reporting. SBTech shall provide Lottery with the following reports upon Lottery’s reasonable request:
SLA Reporting. Within fifteen (15) days following the end of each month, Servco shall provide a monthly report to Client on Servco’s performance and compliance with each SLA for such month, including the amount of SLA failures and the resulting Penalty Payments. Servco shall also provide Client with an annual report no later than February 15 of the following year detailing for each SLA failure the amount of Penalty Payments for the applicable reporting year.

SLA Reporting. Respondents shall describe their reporting tool. A secure online SLA reporting tool is preferred. SLA reporting tools are expected to include both real-time and/or near real-time performance data captures in no greater than five-minute averages. The SLA reporting tool shall summarize network performance metrics by the hour, day, week, month, quarter, and year. The mechanism must deliver automated SLA results to GCRECD monthly. Quality of service (QoS) reporting shall present traffic by type. Reports shall include, at a minimum, statistics for latency, jitter, packet loss, and bandwidth utilization, and shall be available on demand with near real-time data. A web-based portal is preferred. Other relevant data also may be reported. Respondents shall specify how they will conduct and provide end-of-month and end-of-quarter reviews, accounting for any degradation of service including service failures, as well as incidents and problems, and their resolution. Incidents shall be tracked via tickets and the ticket contents shall be made available to GCRECD. The network provider shall have automated systems to track all SLA deliverables and provide GCRECD with monthly reports detailing the provider’s performance.
SLA Reporting. The goal of SLA measurements and SLA reporting is to share a common understanding between the user community and eHealth on the Services delivered over the last period. This will enable both: • to compare the actual performance against the agreed upon KPI's and other criteria, • to have a clear view on the development and the trends of this performance. This information will allow the Management Committee to manage this performance. eHealth supplier shall provide detailed supporting information for each report to eHealth in machine-readable form suitable for use on a personal computer. The data and detailed supporting information shall be eHealth’s Confidential Information, and eHealth may access such information online and in real-time, where technically feasible, at any time during the Term.

  • DATA REPORTING a) CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide all data related to student information and billing information with ▇▇▇. CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide all data related to any and all sections of this contract and requested by and in the format require by the LEA. CONTRACTOR shall provide the LEA with invoices, attendance reports and progress reports for LEA students enrolled in CONTRACTOR’s NPS/A. b) Using forms developed by the CDE or as otherwise mutually agreed upon by CONTRACTOR and ▇▇▇, CONTRACTOR shall provide LEA, on a monthly basis, a written report of all incidents in which a statutory offense is committed by any LEA student, regardless if it results in a disciplinary action of suspension or expulsion. This includes all statutory offenses as described in Education Code sections 48900 and 48915. CONTRACTOR shall also include, in this monthly report, incidents resulting in the use of a behavioral restraint and/or seclusion even if they were not a result of a violation of Education Code sections 48900 and 48915. c) The LEA shall provide the CONTRACTORS with approved forms and/or format for such data including but not limited to invoicing, attendance reports and progress reports. The LEA may approve use of CONTRACTORS-provided forms at their discretion.

  • Monthly Reporting Within twenty (20) calendar days following the end of each calendar month, Registry Operator shall deliver to ICANN reports in the format set forth in Specification 3 attached hereto (“Specification 3”).

  • Progress Reporting a) RECIPIENT must satisfactorily demonstrate the timely use of funds by submitting payment requests and progress reports to ECOLOGY. ECOLOGY reserves the right to amend or terminate this Agreement if the RECIPIENT does not document timely use of funds. b) RECIPIENT must submit a progress report with each payment request. Payment requests will not be processed without a progress report. ECOLOGY will define the elements and frequency of progress reports. c) RECIPIENT shall use ECOLOGY’s provided progress report format. d) Quarterly progress reports will cover the periods from January 1 through March 31, April 1 through June 30, July 1 through September 30, and October 1 through December 31. Reports shall be submitted within thirty (30) days after the end of the quarter being reported. e) RECIPIENT must submit within thirty (30) days of the expiration date of the project, unless an extension has been approved by ECOLOGY, all financial, performance, and other reports required by the Agreement and funding program guidelines. RECIPIENT shall use the ECOLOGY provided closeout report format.

  • Diversity Reporting Upon request, the Contractor will report to the Department its spend with business enterprises certified by the OSD. These reports must include the time period covered, the name and Federal Employer Identification Number of each business enterprise utilized during the period, commodities and contractual services provided by the business enterprise, and the amount paid to the business enterprise on behalf of each agency purchasing under the Contract.
