Software copies. You may only install and use the Software on one computer. You may copy the Software for backup and archival purposes only, as long as the original and each copy are kept in your possession and control.
Software copies. Customer may make copies of the Software solely for use on its computers in connection with its internal operations and for back-up purposes. Customer shall reproduce and include on each copy and on each partial copy of the Software any copyright notice and proprietary rights legend contained on or in the Software, as such notice and legend appear on or in the original.
Software copies. You may make multiple copies of the machine-readable portion of the Software for installation on multiple computers, provided that you reproduce on the copy all copyright and other proprietary rights notices included on the original Software.

Software copies. Sideware retains ownership of the original and any copies of the Software, in whole or in part and however modified, which are made by Developer, except that Developer shall have and hold ownership of that part of the Derivative Products developed by the Developer and Sideware has and shall have no rights in that part of the Derivative Products. Except as expressly stated in this agreement, Developer shall make no copies of any other materials supplied to Developer pursuant to this agreement.
Software copies. The State has the right to have a backup copy of the software for disaster recovery and business continuity and contingency planning (DR-BCCP) purposes. The State has the right to deploy software through various types of deployment applications.
Software copies. Hawaiian may make copies of the Software for its own internal use on Hawaiian workstations connected to the main operating system, and for back-up data security purposes, but Hawaiian must inform SDT of how many copies have been made. Hawaiian shall reproduce and include on each copy and on each partial copy of the Software any copyright notice and proprietary rights legend contained on or in the Software, as such notice and legend appear on or in the original.
Software copies. MOD5 SOFTWARE may only be copied, in whole or part, with proper inclusion of RSI's copyright notice and any other proprietary notice required by RSI, as necessary and incidental to the use of such software for archival and backup purposes or to replace a worn or defective copy. All such copies shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and shall be kept and used at the designated PLANT(S). If DEI is unable to operate the MOD5 SOFTWARE on originally installed equipment, the MOD5 SOFTWARE may be transferred temporarily to another system during the period of equipment malfunction. Should the hardware or equipment system be upgraded and replaced by another system acquired from RSI, MOD5 SOFTWARE acquired hereunder may be transferred and used on the replacement system.

  • Software The Software is licensed to you subject to any terms and conditions presented when you downloaded it from a source authorized by NCR Voyix, as well as those contained in this Agreement. If there is a conflict, this Agreement will control. You are licensed to use the Software only with the Service and with Hardware purchased or subscribed from NCR Voyix or its Resellers. Your license to any Software will end when your subscription to the Service ends. The Software is copyrighted and licensed, not sold, and is NCR Voyix’s confidential and unpublished information. You will retain any copyright notices and proprietary legends on all copies of the Software and the media on which it is delivered. Any attempt to transfer the Software is void and will automatically cause your license to end.

  • Software Updates ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by ▇▇▇▇▇ governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts.

  • How to Update Your Records You agree to promptly update your registration records if your e-mail address or other information changes. You may update your records, such as your e-mail address, by using the Profile page.

  • Server Software Subject to the terms and conditions of this ▇▇▇▇, Vocera grants you the non-exclusive right to (i) install and run (“Use”) the Server Software on computer systems (each, a “Server Computer”) located at End User’s Facilities in the geographic territory designated above (“Territory”); (ii) to Use the Client Software in conjunction with Authorized Client Devices and such Server Computers; and (iii) for pilot licenses for certain Software provided on a trial basis, use such Software for the limited term specified by Vocera in writing. You may Use the standard Server Software on one primary Server Computer (or a primary cluster of computers suitably configured for productive use of the Server Software). You may install backup copies of the Server Software on backup Server Computers to provide redundancy in the event of failure of the primary Server Computer(s) but, unless you have acquired additional licenses or a failover license from Vocera, you may not run such backup or additional copies concurrently with the primary copies. Vocera grants you the right to use the applicable License Key issued by Vocera only to enable Use of the Server Software in conjunction with the licensed Server Computers. Server Software may be licensed for a Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.

  • Computer Software The Grantee certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the performance of this Grant Agreement for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws.
