The employees and former employees of Company do not have any right, title or interest in the Software, Copyrights, Trademarks, or other Company Intellectual Property.   • Software Development Software designs, prototypes, and all documentation for the final designs developed under this agreement must be made fully transferable upon direction of NSF. NSF may make the software design, prototype, and documentation for the final design available to competitors for review during any anticipated re-competition of the project.

  • Software Services If elected by Customer, the following Software Services will be made available for Customer’s use. 2.1.   • Software and Services Vendor warrants that for twelve (12) months following the acceptance of the total system, the Developed Software (and associated documentation) to be delivered to Customer hereunder shall be free from significant programming errors and from defects in workmanship) and materials; shall conform to the performance capabilities, characteristics, specifications, functions and other descriptions and standards applicable thereto as set forth in the Purchase Order or attachments; and that, in general, the services to be performed by Vendor shall be performed in a timely and professional manner by qualified technicians totally familiar with such Developed Software. In the event that defects are discovered during the warranty period, Vendor shall promptly remedy such defects at no additional expense to Customer.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.
