Source of Water. Source water for the facility is tertiary treated recycled water from SMWD’s Oso Creek Water Reclamation Plant, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Water Reclamation Plant, or the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Niguel Water District 3A Water Reclamation Plant.

Pavement Restoration and Grassing The work tasks to be conducted during the phase of using KDOW water shall be scheduled to minimize the amount of time that KDOW water is supplying the subdivision. The Inter- connect and KDOW water shall only be used for up to 16 weeks. DHHL shall provide for the pumping of water from the Inter-connect to the existing 0.5 MG tank. This work will be excluded from the scope of services of this contract. The existing water main pipes shall be used for the transmission of water from the Inter-connect to the existing 0.5 MG tank. During the demolition and construction of the existing 0.5 MG steel tank, the temporary tank and Anahola well with new well pump will be used to provide potable water to the subdivision. To provide water from the temporary tank at an acceptable pressure to the mauka lots of the subdivision, the booster pump shall be set so that the discharge pressure of the pump is 20 psi, to match the existing water pressure in the tank yard when the 0.5 MG steel tank is full. When the water service switches from the temporary tank to the new concrete tank, the booster pump shall be set so that the discharge pressure is set to 50 psi. The new waterlines and PRVs that are being constructed as part of the Anahola Phase I project should be operational and in use before the booster pump outlet pressure is set to 50 psi. Coordination with the Phase I contractor is required to finalize construction sequencing. Prior to using the temporary tank as the source of water for the Anahola subdivision the on-site high-service and low-service waterlines are required to be in place, successfully hydrotested and disinfected. The new well pump and appurtenances, booster pump, sodium hypochlorite system, hydropneumatic system, SCADA system, motor control center, temporary tank level transmitter, and required electrical conduit and equipment at the control building and for the temporary tank and booster pump shall be fully operational prior to using the well and temporary tank as the water source for the subdivision. During the construction, the Contractor shall be required to make connections to the water lines constructed as part of Phase I to provide water to the Anahola subdivision. Source of Water. Ohkay Owingeh’s livestock water use right may be exercised from any lawful water source on Pueblo Lands, including springs, groundwater, or surface water. The existing points of diversion, sources of water, and places of use will be described in an exhibit to the Partial Final Judgment and Decree.
