SPAM Filtering. Alenco provides an optional Junk Email (SPAM) filtering service. It is designed to help customers control the amount of un-wanted email reaching their mailboxes. We disclaim all warranties either expressed or implied as the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no claims as to the completeness or accuracy of the filtering process.
SPAM Filtering. 3.7.9.1 SPAM filtering is provided by 3rd Party Solution. 3.7.9.2 SPAM filtering does not guarantee to stop 100% SPAM emails. It is the Customers responsibility to ensure their users are vigilant about SPAM emails. 3.7.9.3 Where a “quarantine” service is provided, it is the responsibility of the Customer to check for false positives. 3.7.9.4 Domains and emails can be added to a White List at the written request of the Customer.
SPAM Filtering. You acknowledge that without prior notice to you, we may filter email delivery for spam to accounts hosted by us. Due to the nature of spam filtering software, we cannot guarantee that all spam will be filtered and that all non-spam will not be filtered. You will need to monitor filtered email regularly.
SPAM Filtering. FuseMail will block 99.9% of inbound spam. Measurement of the spam capture rate requires the prompt submission to the FuseMail support center by Customer of all spam missed by the Service. FuseMail will estimate the percentage of spam detected by the Service by dividing (a) the number of spam emails detected by the Service by (b) the sum of the number of spam emails detected by the Service and the number of verified spam emails reported as missed by Customer. Table 5 applies.
SPAM Filtering. Spam filtering will be administered by Contractor. Appropriate measures will be taken to provide protection from Spam. Contractor will take commercially reasonable spam filtering measures, including, at a minimum, those spam filtering measures Contractor takes to protect other clients and its own internal and external mailing lists.

  • Weapons (1) If the Contractor requests that its personnel performing in the USCENTCOM AOR be authorized to carry weapons for individual self-defense, the request shall be made through the Contracting Officer to the Combatant Commander, in accordance with DoD Instruction 3020.41. The Combatant Commander will determine whether to authorize in-theater contractor personnel to carry weapons and what weapons and ammunition will be allowed. (2) If contractor personnel are authorized to carry weapons in accordance with paragraph (j)(l) of this clause, the Contracting Officer will notify the Contractor what weapons and ammunition are authorized. (3) The Contractor shall ensure that its personnel who are authorized to carry weapons- (i) Are adequately trained to carry and use them- (A) Safely; (B) With full understanding of, and adherence to, the rules of the use of force issued by the Combatant Commander; and (C) In compliance with applicable agency policies, agreements, rules, regulations, and other applicable law; (ii) Are not barred from possession of a firearm by 18 U.S.C. 922; (iii) Adhere to all guidance and orders issued by the Combatant Commander regarding possession, use, safety, and accountability of weapons and ammunition; (iv) Comply with applicable Combatant Commander and local commander force-protection policies; and (v) Understand that the inappropriate use of force could subject them to U.S. or host-nation prosecution and civil liability. (4) Whether or not weapons are Government- furnished, all liability for the use of any weapon by contractor personnel rests solely with the Contractor and the Contractor employee using such weapon. (5) Upon redeployment or revocation by the Combatant Commander of the Contractor's authorization to issue firearms, the Contractor shall ensure that all Government-issued weapons and unexpended ammunition are returned as directed by the Contracting Officer.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor. The Software may contain an automatic disabling mechanism that prevents its use after a certain period of time. RESTRICTIONS

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 8.2.1 If Reconex chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, Reconex’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Reconex to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center subtends as identified in the LERG. 8.2.2 Reconex shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from Reconex’s Customers. 8.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office Reconex utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the Tandem Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 8.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow Reconex’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access tandem.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.
