SPECIFIC BEHAVIORS. University Housing requests that Residents exercise heightened awareness and caution for the following: unwanted and nonconsensual sexual behavior, sexual assault, suicidal thoughts and attempts, self-harm, alcohol poisoning, drug abuse, trespassing, weapons, eating disorders, harassment, discrimination, domestic violence, theft, vandalism, tampering with fire service and fire protection features, initiating false alarms, and playing with or setting fires.

  • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • Behaviour No obscene or insulting language or disorderly behaviour shall be permitted. This includes any form of entertainment that may be considered lewd or inappropriate for a public place or that may offend or cause embarrassment to others.

  • Geometric visibility The visibility of the illuminating surface, including its visibility in areas which do not appear to be illuminated in the direction of observation considered, shall be ensured within a divergent space defined by generating lines based on the perimeter of the illuminating surface and forming an angle of not less than 5° with the axis of reference of the headlamp.

  • Population The Population shall be defined as all Paid Claims during the 12-month period covered by the Claims Review.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;
