SSL Certificates Sample Clauses
The SSL Certificates clause establishes the requirements and responsibilities related to the use and management of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates within a contractual relationship. Typically, it specifies which party must obtain, maintain, and renew SSL certificates to ensure secure, encrypted communications between systems or users. For example, a service provider may be required to provide valid SSL certificates for all web-based services offered to the client. This clause is essential for ensuring data security and privacy, protecting sensitive information from interception or unauthorized access during electronic transmission.
