Common use of Staircase Clause in Contracts

Staircase. Staircase shall be built with minimum 4-inch Waist Slab using 20mm downgraded aggregates in M 20 (1:1.5:3) and Reinforcement as per Structural Drawings. Steps shall be build using Good Quality Masonry (Regular Red Bricks) in 9 inch thick.
