Section 6.4 For the purpose of processing specific grievances or disputes, Business Representatives and stewards shall have access to specific trip sheets and time cards in dealing with the specific grievance. Section 6.5 A representative of the Union shall be allowed to enter the Company’s office to deal with the administration of the Agreement providing he does not interfere with the normal operation of the Company.
