Common use of Stewards Clause in Contracts

Stewards. D4.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Institute to appoint Stewards from amongst the members of bargaining units for which the Institute is the certified bargaining agent. D4.02 The Employer and the Institute shall, by mutual agreement, determine the area of jurisdiction of each ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, having regard to the plan of organization and the distribution of employees. D4.03 The Institute shall inform the Employer promptly and in writing of the names of its Stewards, their jurisdiction, and of any subsequent changes.
