Submission of a plan Clause Samples

The 'Submission of a plan' clause requires one party, typically the contractor or service provider, to prepare and deliver a detailed plan outlining how they will fulfill their obligations under the agreement. This plan may include timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and methods for achieving the contract's objectives, and is usually subject to review and approval by the other party. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and alignment between the parties from the outset, reducing misunderstandings and providing a clear roadmap for project execution.
Submission of a plan. If, at the end of the term or by termination of the Agreement in accordance with Article 10, the RIRs decide to sign an agreement for the provision of IANA Numbering Services by a different party, the Operator shall be obliged to ensure an orderly transition of the IANA Numbering Services while maintaining continuity and security of operations. The Operator shall prepare a plan for this purpose and submit this plan to the RIRs no later than six months after the date of this Agreement. The plan shall specify a training program and a date for transferring responsibilities for each division of work described in the plan, and shall be subject to the RIRs approval. The Operator shall provide sufficient experienced personnel during the phase-in, phase-out period to ensure that the IANA Numbering Services are maintained at the required level of proficiency.
Submission of a plan. In the event the RIRs select a successor operator, the Operator shall have a plan in place for transitioning the IANA Numbering services while maintaining continuity and security of operations. This plan shall be presented by the Operator to the RIRs and the successor operator within 90 days after RIRs have informed the Operator of the selected successor.
