Submission of Final Report. 1. The final report on project implementation must be submitted to the granting authority within 60 calendar days after the end date of the project.
Submission of Final Report. User shall submit a Final Report in accordance with the schedule in Section 4(a), which shall include the information set forth in Section 2(c). Final report (a) By the date set out in Schedule 2 (Milestones), the Recipient must provide a report which includes: (i) the name of the Recipient and all partner organisations and subcontractors; (ii) the Project title; (iii) a description and analysis of the progress of the Project, including: (A) description, length and frequency of course(s) delivered; (B) basic data relating to participants, including course numbers, age ranges, and personal circumstances; (C) information on course outcomes, including participant feedback provided through the Course Feedback Form and any changes in clients’ attitudes, intentions and behaviours; (D) feedback on the PAtCE Program as a whole, including details of lessons learned in undertaking the project, and an indication of the extent to which activities contributed to the Program’s objectives and outcomes as outlined in Section 2 of the Program Guidelines.; (iv) a Financial Statement, including: (A) the amount of Funds paid under the Agreement; (B) a statement of the Funds, Recipient Contributions and Other Contributions received and spent; (C) the amount (if any) remaining; and (v) copies of any published reports, promotional material, media publicity, pamphlets or other documentation relevant to the Project. 2. Ad hoc reports The Recipient must provide ad-hoc reports as required by the Commonwealth from time to time at the time and in the manner reasonably required by the Commonwealth in relation to any significant developments concerning the Project or any significant delays or difficulties encountered in undertaking the Project.
Submission of Final Report. Grantee shall submit a Final Report in accordance with the schedule in Section 4(a) which shall include the information set forth in Section 2(e). The Final Report must include the detailed Final Incurred Cost Report, in substantially the format set forth in page 2 of Attachment D, as well as the list of equipment and report of patentable inventions. The Final Report shall be provided to the CASIS Administrative and the Technical (Operations) Points of Contact. CASIS may request additional documentation to substantiate the statement of incurred direct and indirect costs.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • SUBMISSION OF REPORTS All applicable study reports shall be submitted in preliminary form for approval by the State before a final report is issued. The State's comments on the Engineer's preliminary report must be addressed in the final report.

  • Final Reports Within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Required Documents, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall publish its findings to the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee. The Asset Representations Reviewer shall provide the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee with the following reports as a result of the Asset Representations Review (collectively, the “Final Reports”):

Recipients, when submitting financial reporting packages to the Department of Environmental Protection for audits done in accordance with 2 CFR 200, Subpart F-Audit Requirements, or Chapters 10.550 (local governmental entities) and 10.650 (non and for-profit organizations), Rules of the Auditor General, should indicate the date and the reporting package was delivered to the recipient correspondence accompanying the reporting package.

  • Annual Statement of Compliance The Officer’s Certificate required to be delivered by the Issuing Entity, pursuant to Section 3.9 of the Indenture or the Officer’s Certificate required to be delivered by the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01(a) of the Servicing Agreement, as applicable.
