Submission of First Amendment Clause Samples

Submission of First Amendment. Submission of this instrument for examination shall not bind Landlord and no duty or obligation on Landlord shall arise under this instrument until this instrument is signed and delivered by Landlord and Tenant.
Submission of First Amendment. The submission of this First Amendment to Tenant shall not be construed as an offer and Tenant shall not have any rights under this First Amendment unless and until Landlord executes a copy of this First Amendment and delivers the same to Tenant.

  • Amendment of Agreement This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement of the Adviser and the Sub-Adviser and only in accordance with the provisions of the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Ratification and Confirmation of Agreement In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Amendment and the Agreement, it is the intention of the parties that the terms of this Amendment shall control and the Agreement shall be interpreted on that basis.   • Amendment of Agreement and Certificate of Limited Partnership For the admission to the Partnership of any Partner, the General Partner shall take all steps necessary and appropriate under the Act to amend the records of the Partnership and, if necessary, to prepare as soon as practical an amendment of this Agreement (including an amendment of Exhibit A) and, if required by law, shall prepare and file an amendment to the Certificate and may for this purpose exercise the power of attorney granted pursuant to Section 2.4 hereof.
