Sunday Loading. All non-Casual Hourly Rate Store Employees will receive a Sunday Loading in addition to the hourly rates of pay shown above. Sunday Loading (Rate per Hour) $9.00 The Sunday Loading will be paid for each ordinary hour worked on a Sunday. The Sunday Loading is included in the calculation of superannuation, but is not paid during periods of leave. If overtime is worked on a Sunday, or if a public holiday falls on a Sunday, the Sunday Loading will not be paid for these hours worked, as the entitlement to overtime or penalty rates will apply. Deputy Store Managers will receive the Sunday Loading in addition to the Deputy Store Manager Allowance for any hours worked as a Deputy on a Sunday.
Sunday Loading. For ordinary rostered duty performed on Sunday by an employee working shift arrangements, payment will be made at the rate of 100% additional to the ordinary hourly rate of pay (midnight Saturday to midnight Sunday).

Each pay period commences on Monday and finishes 14 days later, on the Sunday shift of the following week. On or by the Thursday following the end of the pay period, Employees will be paid as follows:  Payment for all Contract Hours in the previous Fortnight  Payment for any above Contract Hours in the previous Fortnight  Payment for any Banked Hours requested by the Employee to be paid prior to the end of the Fortnight  Payment for any overtime worked in the previous Fortnight  Payment for any Public Holidays falling in the previous Fortnight  Payment of any Sunday loading for work in the previous Fortnight  Payment of any Deputy Allowance for work in the previous Fortnight. On commencement of this Schedule, Hourly Rate Employees will be advised of their Contract Hours per Fortnight. These will be in proportion to the monthly Contract Hours existing Employees are required to work.
Sunday Loading. A 50% of the applicable per hour Base Rate applies to ordinary hours the employer requires a Session Worker to perform on a Sunday. B 75% of the applicable per hour Base Rate applies to ordinary hours the employer requires a Shift Worker to perform on a Sunday. C 200% of the applicable per hour Base Rate applies to hours the employer requires an employee to perform on a Sunday overtime.

  • Saturday Work A day worker required to work overtime on a Saturday shall be afforded at least four hours work or paid for four hours at the rate of time and one half for the first three hours and double time thereafter, except where the overtime is continuous with overtime commenced on the previous day.

  • Sunday Work Employees required to work overtime on Sundays shall be paid for a minimum of three hours work at double time. The double time is to be paid until the employee is relieved from duty.

  • Saturday and Sunday Work (a) Where an employee is rostered to work ordinary hours between midnight Friday and midnight Saturday, the employee will be paid a loading of 50% of their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked during this period. (b) Where an employee is rostered to work ordinary hours between midnight Saturday and midnight Sunday, all employees excluding home care employees will be paid a loading of 75% of their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked during this period. (c) Casual employees will be paid in accordance with Clauses 35(a) and 35(b). The rates prescribed in Clauses 35(a) and 35(b) will be in substitution for and not cumulative upon the casual loading prescribed in Clause 12.5(b). (d) These extra rates will be in substitution for and not cumulative upon the shift penalties prescribed at Clause 38 Shiftwork.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, etc If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall not be a Business Day, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall be a Saturday or a Sunday or shall be a legal holiday in the State of New York, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding day not a legal holiday.
