Shift Arrangements Clause Samples
The Shift Arrangements clause defines how work shifts are scheduled and managed within an organization or under a contract. It typically outlines the process for assigning shifts, the notice required for changes, and any limitations on shift duration or frequency. For example, it may specify that employees must receive their shift schedules at least one week in advance or that certain roles require rotating night shifts. The core function of this clause is to ensure clarity and predictability in work scheduling, helping both employers and employees plan accordingly and reducing disputes over working hours.
