Common use of Superintendence Clause in Contracts

Superintendence. The Contractor shall have a competent ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or superintendent, satisfactory to the Division Manager, on the jobsite at all times during the progress of the Work. The Contractor shall notify the City, in writing, of any proposed change in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or superintendent including the reason therefore prior to making such change.
