Common use of Superintendent or Designee Clause in Contracts

Superintendent or Designee. If the grievance has not been resolved at Level 1 to the satisfaction of the grievant, s/he may appeal the decision to the Superintendent within twenty (20) days from receipt of such decision. The Superintendent shall meet with the grievant to discuss the grievance within ten (10) days from receipt of the written appeal and render a written decision within ten (10) days next following the meeting.
