The SUPERVISION AND QUALITY CONTROL clause establishes the responsibility of one party, typically the contractor or service provider, to oversee the work being performed and ensure it meets specified standards. SUPERVISION AND QUALITY CONTROL. Viewrail will give installation instruction and installation consultations services to Contractor to help Contractor obtain the most efficient methods and techniques for the Work covered under this Agreement. Contractor shall perform the Work in accordance with the schedule established by Viewrail. Contractor shall designate a competent ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to be in charge of the Work at all times; and such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be authorized to act for Contractor and shall be responsible for all Work performed by Contractor, if at any time Viewrail for whatever reason, determines that the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or any of the workers under his control should be replaced, Contractor shall do so immediately.
SUPERVISION AND QUALITY CONTROL. The Sub-Licensor shall ensure that licensees in his Exclusive Area shall provide services and produce and distribute products pursuant to the License granted hereunder of high quality in accordance will all applicable laws and regulations. The use by the licensee of the System and Marks shall be of a high standard that shall not reflect in any material adverse manner upon the good name of Licensor, the System or the Marks.
SUPERVISION AND QUALITY CONTROL. 1) Contractor will supply all necessary field supervisors and conduct inspections to ensure that collections are performed within the scope of these specifications. Contractor shall also provide for a method of promptly responding to problems or complaints and maintain regular contact with the Project Manager or his designee. All work under these specifications shall be done in a prompt, thorough, legal, professional, and workmanlike manner. 2) The Contractor shall ensure that any employees assigned to work under the terms of the Agreement shall do so in a prompt, thorough, legal, professional, and workmanlike manner. The City may request a suspension or re-assignment of any employee exhibiting any of the following actions in the conduct of their work under the Agreement; Intoxication; use of a controlled substance; use of loud, profane, vulgar, or obscene language; soliciting gratuities or tips; refusing to collect or handle materials as herein required and defined if properly stored and placed for collection; causing wanton and malicious damage or destruction of property, including waste containers or receptacles, shrubbery, plantings, etc.; engaging in any other activity which may constitute a nuisance during the course of performing work under this Agreement.
SUPERVISION AND QUALITY CONTROL. LICENSEE and its sublicensees and franchisees shall provide services and produce and distribute products pursuant to the license rights granted hereunder of high quality in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The exploitation by LICENSEE of the TUMBLEWEED SYSTEM and TUMBLEWEED MARKS shall be of a high standard that shall not reflect in any material adverse manner upon the good name of LICENSOR or the TUMBLEWEED SYSTEM or TUMBLEWEED MARKS. The quality of any products bearing the TUMBLEWEED MARKS shall be subject to approval by LICENSOR prior to distribution or sale. LICENSOR shall not withhold such approval unless LICENSOR determines in good faith that the sale of such product would have a material adverse effect on the TUMBLEWEED SYSTEM or TUMBLEWEED MARKS or the operation of Tumbleweed Restaurants by LICENSOR or its franchisees in the Western Hemisphere. Any product sample submitted to LICENSOR by LICENSEE shall be deemed approved unless disapproved by LICENSOR in writing specifying the reason for such disapproval within twenty-one (21) days following receipt thereof. Any substantial changes in any product previously approved by LICENSOR shall be submitted to LICENSOR for its approval in accordance with this Section 8.
SUPERVISION AND QUALITY CONTROL. Random spot checks by the Tax Assessor or designated representatives will verify the appropriateness of inspections. Final drive-by visual inspections and data reviews by the Project Manager and Tax Assessor will ensure accuracy and equity in property assessments. Field inspectors will be compensated on an hourly basis, promoting thoroughness and quality in data collection.

  • STANDARDS AND QUALITY The Supplier shall at all times during the Contract Period ensure that the Services are delivered in accordance with: the Digital Service Design Manual (and the Supplier shall comply with the processes and procedures set out therein); the Standards; the KPIs; the Methodology; the applicable SOW; and all other applicable provisions of this Contract.

  • Organization and Qualification of the Company The Company is a corporation duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the Laws of the state of Nevada and has full corporate power and authority to own, operate or lease the properties and assets now owned, operated or leased by it and to carry on its business as it has been and is currently conducted. Section 3.01 of the Disclosure Schedules sets forth each jurisdiction in which the Company is licensed or qualified to do business, and the Company is duly licensed or qualified to do business and is in good standing in each jurisdiction in which the properties owned or leased by it or the operation of its business as currently conducted makes such licensing or qualification necessary, except where the failure to be so licensed, qualified or in good standing would not have a material cost or other effect on the Company.
