Supervision Fee. The agreement is valid with no fee for this assignment.

Supervision Fee. Each Restaurant shall pay to the General Partner or its designee a fee (“Supervision Fee”) in consideration for the supervision and services provided by the General Partner or such designee. The initial Supervision Fee shall be established by the Company and shall be either a flat fee per Restaurant or a specified percentage of each Restaurant’s gross sales. The Supervision Fee shall be reviewed on an annual basis by the Company and may be increased or decreased by the Company from time to time in accordance with the Company’s criteria for establishing such fees for company owned restaurants.

Supervision Fee. If Tenant fails to perform any obligation of Tenant under this Lease after the applicable notice and cure period set forth in this Lease, Landlord may enter the Premises and perform such obligation without liability to Tenant for any loss or damage to Tenant, its property, its invitees or the property of its invitees thereby incurred, and Tenant will reimburse Landlord for the costs incurred by Landlord in connection with such performance, plus an additional ten percent (10%) of such cost to compensate Landlord for its overhead and supervision costs, within ten (10) days of receipt of Landlord's invoice therefor.

Supervision Fee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall pay Landlord a Supervision Fee pursuant to section 8.1(f) of the Lease within ten (10) business days of written demand.

Supervision Fee. Landlord shall supervise the construction by Contractor, and Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision and management fee (the “Supervision Fee”) in an amount equal to $1.00 per RSF in the Suite 1400 Expansion Space (i.e., $28,267.00). This Supervision Fee shall be in lieu of and not in addition to the supervision fee set forth in Article 20 of the Original Lease.

Supervision Fee. In the event Property Manager shall provide supervisory services to the Owner or Manager related to a major rehabilitation, remodeling, repair, or construction (as hereinafter defined) of the Project, including, without limitation, a major leasehold improvement made by or for a tenant, Owner agrees to pay a fee in accordance with the following schedule; Project Cost $0-$10,000 -0- $10,001-$100,000 5% $100,001-$250,000 4% $250,001 + 3%

Supervision Fee. The Tenant Improvements shall be subject to the Supervision Fee described in section 8.1(f) of the Lease and Landlord shall retain from the Tenant Improvement Allowance the Supervision Fee.

Supervision Fee. Landlord shall be entitled to a fee (the "Supervision Fee") for the actual out-of-pocket costs paid by Landlord to the Landlord's Plan Architect (at a rate not to exceed $100 per hour), the Landlord's Construction Architect (at a rate not to exceed $100 per hour, and the Landlord's Representative (at the rate not to exceed $28 per hour) in connection with the Landlord's review and approval of the Space Plan and the Construction Drawings and the supervision of the construction of the Leasehold Improvements. Tenant shall pay amounts against the Supervision Fee from time to time within ten (10) business days after Tenant's receipt of evidence of the payment of such costs by Landlord. Landlord and Tenant have executed this Work Agreement contemporaneously with execution of the Lease.
