Supervision of Examinations Clause Samples

The Supervision of Examinations clause establishes the requirement for oversight and monitoring during the administration of examinations. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for supervising exams, the standards or procedures to be followed, and may specify qualifications for supervisors or invigilators. For example, it might require that a designated staff member be present throughout the exam to ensure compliance with rules and prevent academic misconduct. The core function of this clause is to maintain the integrity and fairness of the examination process by ensuring proper supervision and minimizing opportunities for cheating or procedural errors.
