Survey Reports. Within sixty (60) Days after completion of an on-site accessibility survey, the City shall require the NACs to complete an on-site accessibility survey report for each of the Existing Housing Developments. Specifically, the City shall require the NACs to perform the following functions: i. Within sixty (60) Days after completion of an on-site accessibility survey of an Existing Housing Development, prepare a survey report specifying the Accessibility Standards used, identifying and documenting all of the elements of the Development that do not comply with the Accessibility Standards and all structural modifications required to achieve full compliance, including requirements for dispersal of Housing Units with Hearing/Vision Features and Housing Units with Mobility Features. ii. Each such report shall include: (i) a preliminary scope of work necessary to remedy such non-compliance; (ii) a preliminary estimate of the cost of carrying out the remediation; (iii) a description of any individual architectural and other constraints that, in the NAC’s opinion, make the provision of Accessible Housing Units, dispersal of Accessible Housing Units by bedroom size, or remediations to achieve Accessible public and common use areas of the Development particularly challenging; (iv) notation of features of the Development and neighborhood that make the Development a particularly desirable site for Accessible Housing Units; and (v) other factors that may be relevant for consideration in preparing the Accessible Housing Unit Plan. iii. Submit such reports to the City together with survey forms and documentation and any information and documentation requested by the City. iv. Submit the report to the relevant Subrecipient and Owner.
Survey Reports. Complete and correct copies of all Survey Reports, waivers of deficiencies, plans of correction, and any other investigation reports received by the Company or any Subsidiary and issued with respect to the Company Facilities since October 1, 2003 (collectively, "Licensing Surveys") have been delivered, or Made Available, to Buyer. Except as set forth on Section 2.27 of the Disclosure Letter, there are no material deficiencies or violations noted in any Licensing Surveys, and, the Company or its Subsidiaries have remedied, discharged and complied with all applicable plans of correction, such that there are no current material violations or deficiencies with respect to any of the licenses issued and required by Governmental Entities in connection with the ownership, maintenance and operation of the Company Facilities or the operation of the business of the Company and the Subsidiaries.
Survey Reports to deliver to the Mortgagee on the date falling five (5) years after the date of this Deed and on each of the dates falling at twelve (12) months thereafter a report prepared by surveyors or inspectors appointed by the Mortgagee in relation to the seaworthiness and safe operation of the Ship, to produce evidence to the Mortgagee that any recommendations made in such reports have been complied with or will be complied with in accordance with their terms, in full and thereafter to procure that such recommendations are so complied with.

Survey Reports. Perform a detailed inspection of the interior and exterior of the indicated structures. Inspect all rooms, walls, ceilings and basements. Note cracks, displacements and structural deficiencies as to location, length, size, thickness, etc.; record observation in the survey report and illustrate them with accurate sketches. Provide sufficient color photographs of the interior and exterior of these structures with particular attention paid to existing cracks or structural deficiencies, plus overall condition/appearance of each structure. Dimensions in the report are to be provided to the Representative in US standard measurements. Metric measurements may be noted for record only. Include photographs in each report as color 3” x 5” prints from 35 mm color negatives and in proper focus and exposure to easily determine subject matter. The report(s) are to also include a description of the contents of each photograph with label identifying structure, description of deficiency, location in/on structure, and date photograph was taken. Index these descriptions to the photograph number on the print. Images produced by a digital camera will only be acceptable with the written consent of the Representative. Prepare the survey report in 8 1/2 11-inch format for each structure. The report is to include the following specific elements in the following order:

Survey Reports. 15.1 The Heritage Service Provider must provide the Grantee with: a a Preliminary Advice within Fifteen (15) days; and b a Final Survey Report within thirty (30) days. of completion of the Heritage Survey fieldwork, noting that a draft of the report may have been provided by the Anthropologist and/or Archaeologist to the Native Title Party, through the HSP, for approval prior to that time.
