The Council is committed to ensuring that foundation administrators, academic centers, government and the general public have wide access to timely information about the internal workings of foundations and corporate giving programs. To meet that commitment, the Council regularly collects information, via surveys, and shares it through publicly‐available survey reports. While some of the information we collect is provided by the grantmaker in its 990 or 990‐PF, most of it is not. Survey Results. The PG 1, PG 2 and PG 3 grade guidelines match with PEO level descriptions for A, B and C respectively and have not changed.
