Survey Results Clause Samples

The 'Survey Results' clause defines how the findings from any surveys conducted—such as property, environmental, or structural surveys—are handled within the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for obtaining the survey, how the results are shared between parties, and what actions may be taken if the survey uncovers issues, such as defects or non-compliance. Its core function is to ensure transparency and provide a clear process for addressing any problems identified by the survey, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and unexpected liabilities.

Information on board or staff compensation or administrative expenses is not released except in the aggregate or with identifying information deleted. Other information from an individual organization’s survey is shared: ▪ only with other members of the Council on Foundations and with Council staff, and ▪ only if the survey respondent indicated on their survey that they are willing to be contacted about their management practices.
