SYSTEM INSPECTION. Following installation of Customer’s System, Company shall inspect the Customer System for compliance with the applicable requirements set forth in Attachment A. If the Customer System or installation is found to be not in compliance for any reason, Company will notify Customer of the deficiencies causing the noncompliance. Company will have no further obligations under this Agreement until all such deficiencies are remedied by Customer to Company’s reasonable satisfaction.
SYSTEM INSPECTION. DOIT shall determine the manner and prescribe the inspection of all Systems and the tests of all samples submitted to determine whether they comply with all of the Specifications in the Invitation to Bid. If any System fails in any way to meet the Specifications in the Invitation to Bid, DOIT may, in its sole discretion, either reject it and owe nothing or accept it and pay for it on an adjusted price basis, depending on the degree to which the System meets the Specifications. Any decision pertaining to any such failure or rejection shall be final and binding.
SYSTEM INSPECTION. 1. Inspect PV modules, roof penetrations and support structure on an annual basis. 2. Inspect electrical connections at combiner boxes and exposed wiring on an annual basis. 3. Perform voltage testing, amperage testing, and infrared scans of inverters, combiner boxes, disconnects and switchgear on an annual basis.
SYSTEM INSPECTION. If the service is being performed for a system which at the time of contract conclusion has been operated for more than 12 months or which has not been delivered or put into operation by CANCOM, CANCOM shall be entitled to inspect it. If this inspection in its result shows that on the side of the customer the requirements for the offered services are not given or only in part, the customer shall be offered alternative solutions. Additionally, CANCOM shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract without a statement of reasons within four weeks from performance of the inspection. Costs and expenses resulting from the system inspection and a possible (also a failed) system restoration shall be borne by the customer according to the currently valid list prices and charge rates of the CANCOM customer service. The same shall apply in case of withdrawal by CANCOM according to this clause.

The same shall apply in case of withdrawal by Kapsch according to this clause.
SYSTEM INSPECTION. The County will be given the opportunity to inspect the System or to have it inspected prior to the execution of this Agreement, and the County will accept the System in its then-existing condition. Further, the City disclaims any warranty as to the condition of the System.
SYSTEM INSPECTION. Customer shall inspect the Buzztime System within five (5) business days after receipt. Unless Customer, within said period of time, gives written notice to Buzztime, specifying any defect in or other proper objection to the System, Customer agrees that it shall be conclusively presumed, as between Buzztime and Customer, that Customer has fully inspected and acknowledged that the System is in good condition and repair.
