Nepoware makes no warranty or representation that use of the Products or Services with any third-party product or service will affect or increase any level of safety. G4S reserves the right to change, in its sole discretion, the required system configurations or internet browser, and you may be required to download certain content or software to ensure operation of the Service on your system. Internet connections and data plans are not part of the BlackRidgeBANK E-SIGN and Electronic Document Consent Agreement. You agree you are responsible for any costs associated with your Access Device, its software and for all internet connections and wireless data plans. You also understand that you are responsible for installation, maintenance and operation of your Access Device and its software. You assume full responsibility of ensuring these requirements are met should any changes be made to your existing Access Device.
