Common use of System Upgrades Clause in Contracts

System Upgrades. Upgrades or installation of missing parts to any of your systems are not included in the cost of your service contract. We may, if recommended by our engineer, supply you with a fixed price repair and if you choose to except, the full repair cost must be paid before any works are carried out. Examples of upgrades are: (i) system filters (ii) power flushing (iii) trace heating (iv) any regulatory changes that require alterations of the system.
