Target Dates. In the performance of Petroleum Operations under this Contract, on the condition that there are no unexpected hindrances or other problems, as well as assuming the successful conclusion of various agreements, most of which require the cooperation of Third Parties, and that the other items listed in this Article X below are accomplished in a timely manner, the Parties, acting in a spirit of good faith, mutual cooperation and reason and in accordance with good international Petroleum industry practice in conducting Petroleum Operations, anticipate that the following target dates may be achievable to implement the below-mentioned main stages of the project for the development of the Contract Area:
(a) Early Oil Production to commence within eighteen (18) months after the Effective Date;
(b) First production from the Full Field Development to commence within forty-eight (48) months after the Effective Date; and
(c) First delivery of Crude Oil into the Main Export Pipeline within fifty-four (54) months after the Effective Date. The Parties agree that based on current knowledge the achievement of the above target dates would result in the optimum economic result for the Parties. It is recognized by the Parties that such target dates (or such other target dates as the Parties may agree as hereinafter provided) are best estimates and do not constitute obligations of the Contractor. The implementation of the work shall be reviewed periodically by the Parties and if appropriate reasons exist such target dates shall be modified, if required, by mutual agreement of the Parties. However, SOCAR retains the right to arbitration in the event Contractor should fail to conduct Petroleum Operations in accordance with the terms of this Contract (including Articles 10.1(a), (b) and (c)) in a diligent, safe and efficient manner and in accordance with generally accepted principles of the international petroleum industry.
Target Dates. (a) Desirable Target Date for first silicon: January 1, 1995.
(b) Latest Target Date for first silicon: March 31, 1995.
(c) Desirable Target Date for finalizing the choice of DRAM: February 5, 1994.
(d) Latest Target Date for finalizing the choice of DRAM: March 15, 1994.
Target Dates. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in the Statement of Work, scheduled performance dates are Service Provider’s best estimates only, based on its experience. Both parties recognize that such dates are dependent on development, resource availability, funding, assistance, incompatibility between existing software, hardware, and communications systems, and other factors that may cause dates to shift or interfere with completion. Upon Client’s request, Service Provider will provide Client with reports on Service Provider’s progress with regard to specific Statement of Works and any anticipated delays in estimated work schedules.
Target Dates. Scheduled performance dates are estimates only. Both parties recognize such dates are dependent on development, resource availability, funding, assistance, and other factors that may cause dates to shift or interfere with completion. However, each Work Statement shall set forth a date for completion of the Phase Development Services for a Phase and such date shall be applicable for purposes of determining satisfaction of the condition for timely completion of the Phase Development Services for any Phase as contemplated in the Stock Warrant Agreement.
Target Dates. STAR shall deliver to Worldport at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of the required delivery dates ("Target Dates") for the STM-1s comprising the Capacity, provided that the Target Dates specified in said written notices shall be within one (1) year from the date of this Agreement. Worldport shall use its best efforts to deliver the Capacity to STAR on or before the Target Dates specified in said written notices.
Target Dates. Whenever Contractor realizes that he will not be able to complete assemblies in due time, he shall notify Principal thereof in writing and, if possible, disclose the expected new assembly completion date. Contractor is entitled to a reasonable extension of the completion period if any delay is caused by:
a) any circumstances beyond Contractor's control, such as labour conflicts, natural disasters, armed conflicts, general mobilization, insurrection, seizure, embargo, and limitations of energy consumption
b) unpredictable reconstruction work due to statutory provisions or Principal's special or additional requests
c) any action or omission of Principal or any other circumstances within Principal's control (such as payment arrears) or Principal's failure to fulfil other obligations.
Target Dates. Target dates apply to secondary documents identified in the FFA. Secondary documents include discrete portions of primary documents and are typically input or feeder documents (FFA Section 10.2.2). Target dates are established to provide completeness to the project schedule, though they are non-enforceable and are not subject to the Dispute Resolution process of the FFA.
Target Dates. Each Party shall use its Commercially Reasonable Diligent Efforts to complete each of the following activities by the associated target date (each, a "Target Date"):
