Temporary Foremen Clause Samples

The Temporary Foremen clause designates individuals to act as foremen on a provisional or short-term basis within a project or organization. This clause typically outlines the conditions under which temporary foremen are appointed, their scope of authority, and the duration of their assignment. For example, it may apply when a regular foreman is absent or when additional supervision is needed for a specific task. Its core function is to ensure continuous and effective supervision on-site, preventing disruptions in workflow and maintaining safety and productivity standards during periods when permanent foremen are unavailable.
