Term and Commencement Date. The term and Commencement Date of this Lease are as specified in sections 1.6 and 1.
Term and Commencement Date. The Term of this Lease shall commence on June 1, 2001 (the "Commencement Date") and shall end on May 31, 2008 (the "Term" or the “Initial Term”) unless terminated earlier as provided in either Section 4.11 or Section 9.1.

Term and Commencement Date. The term of this Lease is for THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS, is nonterminable and shall commence on the date Lessee signs the Delivery and Acceptance Certificate relating to the Equipment ("Acceptance Date").
Term and Commencement Date. 3.01 The initial term of this Agreement is one (1) year (the “Initial Term”); provided, however, that if the Commencement Date (hereinafter defined) occurs on a date other than the first day of a calendar month, the Initial Term shall be extended by that partial month from the Commencement Date to the first day of the following calendar month.
3.02 The commencement date of the Initial Term, herein referred to as the “Commencement Date,” shall be whichever of the following dates shall last occur: (a) the date first written above; or (b) the date on which the governing bodies of both Landlord/Provider and Tenant/Client approve this Agreement.
3.03 At the expiration of the Initial Term described in Section 3.01, the term shall be extended on an annual basis and subject to termination by either party upon ninety (90) days’ written notice to the other party.

T▇▇▇▇▇'s failure to execute the letter within said five (5) day period shall constitute T▇▇▇▇▇'s acknowledgment of the truth of the facts contained in the letter delivered by Landlord to Tenant.

The term of this Lease (the “Term”) will commence on the date that the fee simple interest in the Premises is conveyed to Landlord as part of Landlord’s purchase of the Premises (the “Commencement Date”), and continue in effect through and including March 31, 2027 subject to extension or earlier termination as provided herein. The last day of the Term is referred to herein as the “Termination Date.” If the Commencement Date does not occur on or before April 17, 2022 (the “Commencement Deadline”), either party may terminate this Lease upon delivery of written notice not less than thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of termination; provided, however, such notice of termination shall be null and void if the fee simple interest in the Premises are conveyed to Landlord prior to the effective date of said notice of termination. Except for the right to terminate this Lease as provided above, the parties shall not have any rights, obligations or remedies with respect to the delivery of possession of the Premises or the commencement of this Lease.
