TERMINATION OF PROBATION. A. The Respondent agrees to be subject to this Agreement until the Board determines, upon a petition for termination by the Respondent, that the Respondent has complied with all of the requirements of this Agreement. No petition for termination shall be filed until one year following the adoption of this Agreement. B. If the Respondent fails to comply with his obligations as set forth above, the Respondent’s license to practice medicine may be immediately suspended, as agreed to in Section I.
