Test Levels. A. The Department’s drug testing program is based on the SAMHSA 5-panel drug screen (formerly known as the NIDA 5-panel), which uses urinalysis to test for cocaine, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), opiates, amphetamines, and phencyclidine (PCP). While this is the standard screen, nothing herein shall prohibit the Department from testing a member for drugs not found on this list. If requested by the Department, certain drugs are screened for individually. B. The laboratory will test by measuring nanograms per milliliter (ng/ml) of urine. The urine will be split into two aliquots, Bottle A and Bottle B. The initial drug screen will use the immunoassay methodology on a sample from Bottle A. If the urine screen is positive, another sample from Bottle A will be tested, using the gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) methodology. Bottle B will be retained for additional testing if requested by the donor (see section .110). Screen and confirmation levels are as follows: Cocaine 300 150 THC 50 15 Opiates 2000 2000 Amphetamines 1000 500 Phencyclidine (PCP) 25 25

  • Measuring EPP parameters Every 5 minutes, EPP probes will select one “IP address” of the EPP servers of the TLD being monitored and make an “EPP test”; every time they should alternate between the 3 different types of commands and between the commands inside each category. If an “EPP test” result is undefined/unanswered, the EPP service will be considered as unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.
