The Existing Premises Sample Clauses

The "Existing Premises" clause defines and identifies the specific property or space that is the subject of a lease or agreement. It typically details the location, boundaries, and current condition of the premises, sometimes referencing floor plans or legal descriptions to avoid ambiguity. By clearly establishing what constitutes the "existing premises," this clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of the leased area, thereby preventing disputes over space allocation or responsibilities related to the property.
