The Grievance Procedure. Step I. A grievance may be submitted within the fourteen (l4) day period specified in Section 4 to the employee's first supervisor in the chain of command who is outside the bargaining unit, as such supervisor may be designated by the Chief Court Administrator or his/her designee. Such supervisor shall meet with the Union representative, or the grievant, or both, and issue a written response within seven (7) days after such meeting but not later than fourteen (14) days after the submission of the grievance. Step II. Executive Director.
