The System Price. The System Price will be paid in stages upon the successful completion of the following Milestones: 1 Submission of Detailed Design 10% of Terminal 3 Installation Price / Terminal 1 Installation Price / Timna Installation Price of the System Price 2 Completion of Test Lines testing FAT at factory (milestone no. 3 in the table included in Section 3.7.1 of the Technical Specifications). 10% of the System Price 3 Completion of Test Lines testing on Site for (milestone no. 6 in the table included in Section 3.7.1 of the Technical Specifications). 20% of the System Price 4 Completion of iSAT (milestone 12 in the table included in Section 3.7.1 of the Technical Specifications). 40% of Terminal 3 Installation Price / Terminal 1 Installation Price / Timna Installation Price 5 Completion of OMP and Final Acceptance of the System (milestone 13 in the table included in Section 3.7.1 of the Technical Specifications). 20% of Terminal 3 Installation Price / Terminal 1 Installation Price / Timna Installation Price With respect to Terminal 3 – payment milestones 4 and 5 will be divided based on the progress of the installation in Terminal 3. Payments according to the above specified milestones shall be made by the IAA within 30 days as of the receipt by the IAA of the tax invoice issued by the Supplier all subject to the approval by the IAA of the achievement of such milestone.

  • THE CONTRACT PRICE A. This Contract is an indefinite-quantity contract for construction work and services. The Estimated Annual Value of this Contract is $2,000,000. This is only an estimate and may increase or decrease at the discretion of Sourcewell. B. The Contractor shall perform any or all Tasks in the Construction Task Catalog for the Unit Price appearing therein multiplied by the following Adjustment Factors:

  • Unit Price Work Work to be paid for on the basis of unit prices as defined and described in the Contract Documents. A percentage markup for overhead or profit shall be included in all unit prices.

  • Product Prices Product prices and validity of product prices are stated in the Offer and/or in the Individual Agreement.
