Section 7.3.2 Sample Clauses

Section 7.3.2. 9 The second shift shall consist of eight and one-half (8-1/2) hours, for eight (8) hours 10 compensation, including a thirty (30) minute uninterrupted lunch period as near the middle of 11 the shift as is practicable, and also including a fifteen (15) minute first half and a fifteen (15) 12 minute second half rest period, both of which rest periods shall occur as near the middle of each 13 half shift as is practicable.
Section 7.3.2. 28 Bus monitors will begin each school year with the same route they finished the previous year 29 and will continue on that route until the October re-bid. Bus monitors’ paid time will begin five 30 (5) minutes before they are due to board the bus.
Section 7.3.2. 23 All employees working four (4) hours or more shall receive a fifteen (15) minute break as near 24 the middle of each half shift as is practicable.
Section 7.3.2. 6 Each employee working six (6) or more hours, but less than eight (8), shall be provided two 15- 7 minute rest periods.
Section 7.3.2. 34 Should a holiday occur while an employee is on paid vacation, the employee will receive 35 holiday pay at their regular rate of pay for that day and it will not be counted as vacation.
Section 7.3.2. 9 When an employee is assigned to work a schedule of four (4) hours or more and at least four 10 (4) hours of the shift are worked before 7:30 a.m. or after 3:30 p.m., the employee is entitled to 11 shift differential pay for those hours worked prior to 7:30 a.m. or after 3:30 p.m. This shift 12 differential is seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour to those employees, excluding stadium 13 supervisors and alternate schedule employees (see Section 7.8.2).
Section 7.3.2. 19 Longevity pay is considered as compensation for years of experience and may not be used as 20 leave. In the event of a catastrophic or life-threatening illness of an employee or their 21 immediate family member (spouse or children), which necessitates extended leave, all 22 longevity pay will be converted to paid leave days for the employee, upon approval of the 23 Superintendent.
Section 7.3.2. 10 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift defined in Section 11 7.3.1, the employee shall have in their assignment one (1) of the following meal/rest periods, as 12 appropriate. Lunch periods will be unpaid and uninterrupted.
Section 7.3.2. 30 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift of less than the normal shift previously defined 31 in this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each four (4) 32 hours of work.
Section 7.3.2. The second sentence of Section 7.3.2 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “If Zymeworks fails to bring or defend any such action against an Infringement by a Product derived or generated from a GSK Sequence or GSK Sequence Pair within (a) […***…]126 following the notice of alleged Infringement or (b) […***…]127 before the time limit, if any, set forth in Applicable Laws for the filing of such actions, whichever comes first, GSK shall have the right to bring and control any such action at its own expense and by counsel of its own choice, and Zymeworks shall have the right, at its own expense, to be represented in any such action by counsel of its own choice.”
