Third Party Vendor. In the event a Party Lottery has established a third party vendor to provide or maintain the ICS, the Party Lottery or their authorized designee shall physically and logically maintain control of the ICS software and hardware. Third Party Vendor. Service(s) provided, licensed, or sold by us may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by applicable third-party vendors and licensors (“Third-Party Vendor”). Those additional terms and conditions are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and may be subject to update without notice during the Term of this Agreement.
