Common use of Time Clock Clause in Contracts

Time Clock. Time Clock: Employees shall use a time clock to record the amount of hours they work. Employees may “punch in” late, less than 8 minutes at the beginning of their shift and/or less than 8 minutes early at the end of their shift without incurring any disciplinary action. However, if the “late” or “early” minutes accrued to sixty (60) minutes of more at any time during a one-month period, then that employee may be disciplined for misuse of time or tardiness. Any discipline issued will follow proper protocol.
