Common use of Time Clock Clause in Contracts

Time Clock. The Company shall provide a time clock to enable employees to record their own time for payroll purposes. Employees must record their own time by swiping their cards at the time they start and finish work, as well as the time they commence and return from rest periods. Employees shall be entitled to review their time records upon request. Time clock records shall be made available to the Union for examination during regular working hours, upon request. Employees who fail to record their hours will be subject to discipline.
