Time Off in Lieu of Overtime. Time Off in Lieu of Overtime. The Employer Employees who work overtime shall give reasonable consideration to requests from employees working overtime that compensation be in the form of compensated with time off rather than in wages, at the appropriate overtime rate, subject lieu of pay. An employee shall be given compensating time off equivalent to the maintenance number of efficient services and operations and hours for which she/he would have been paid for the Employer and overtime worked. The time at which the employee arriving at mutually satisfactory arrangements for such compensating time offoff is to be taken shall be determined by the employees. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld amongst employees.
