Time Off In Lieu (TOIL. (a) You may agree to be given time off in lieu of payment for additional hours worked in accordance with this clause, equivalent to the hours worked at the additional hours rate, or as a mixture of payment and time in lieu to the same value. (b) TOIL, accrued but not taken, will not be paid out on termination. (c) Wherever possible, TOIL will be provided at a time mutually acceptable to you and your manager, consistent with business and operational requirements.
