Common use of Time Requirement Clause in Contracts

Time Requirement. Lessee has a maximum of 12 months from the execution of this lease to construct an approved hangar (if applicable). If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is unable to comply with this requirement, Lessee may request, in writing, an extension to this provision, and Lessor must find that sufficient justification is given.
